R-2280 gives polymers superior brightness and super bluish undertone. Yellow tones introduced by the matrix can be compensated when using R-2280. The result is a brighter and clearer color perception of the final product (Fig.6). In addition to the newly developed super hydrophobic organic posttreatment, narrow particle size distribution optimized for the scattering of visible light also leads to excellent dispersing performance, which results also in best hiding power.
